According to the newly released Inc. 5000 list, which ranked companies according to percentage growth in revenue from 2017 to 2020, the top-ranked company from the Austin area is Empowering a Billion Women, landing at No. 28 on the list.
They may want to "Keep Austin Weird" in the southernmost U.S. capital city, but “Keep Austin Growing” may be more appropriate for Austin these days. Austin continues its surge as one of the top American tech hubs.
Inc. Magazine measured businesses all over the U.S. for its annual Inc. 5000 list. As expected, the city shone in tech, but even more companies came from the advertising and products and services industries. Overall, Austin flaunted 107 local businesses that made the cut.
